What Does it Take to Build a Great EdTech Company?

I suggest it’s two things:

  1. A product that creates profound learning experiences, that result in deep understanding for the subject at hand

  2. A clear go-to-market approach that is focussed on what customers are really willing to pay for.

That’s what I write about. Nothing else. Once per month.

What to Expect from this Blog

My aim is to support founders in developing both of the above. Therefore my articles revolve around two themes:

  1. Using Learning Psychology to enhance the effectiveness of a product,

  2. Developing commercial strategies that outsmart the rigid education system.

Decode Education is not a newsletter in the literal meaning: It won’t bring you the latest updates on the EdTech scene. Subscribing will provide you with thorough, yet concise analysis on how to build successful EdTech companies.
